Ogun

Ogun

Orisha of iron, technology, and the forge.

Surrounded by fire and steel, Ogun shapes raw matter into tools, weapons, and possibility. Sparks fly as iron meets flame, representing the transformative power of labor, invention, and determination.

Ogun is the builder, the warrior, and the force that turns effort into creation.

About the Collection

The Orisha

This collection explores the powerful spiritual figures known as the Orishas, divine forces within the Yoruba spiritual tradition that govern the natural and human worlds.

Each Orisha represents a different aspect of existence: fire, water, storms, iron, wisdom, justice, and transformation. Rather than depicting them strictly as deities, these works imagine the Orishas as living energies moving through nature, through humanity, and through the universe itself.

Fire breathes.
Storms gather.
Rivers speak.
Steel is forged.

The figures within these paintings embody those elemental forces, standing at the intersection of myth, nature, and human experience.
